Alex Fletcher

Alex

Alex was born and raised in State College, Pennsylvania. He is the Great Grandson of our namesake P.A. Frost, Grandson of Ned “Casey” Cummings, and Son of Rodney and Casey Fletcher, making Alex the fourth generation to lead Frost & Conn.

Inspired by both his paternal and maternal grandfathers’ service in WWII, Alex grew up with a desire to serve, specifically as a tactical aviator in the U.S. Navy. The pursuit of his dream led him to the U.S. Naval Academy, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Naval Architecture. After graduation Alex spent nearly two years in Navy flight training and earned his Wings of Gold in 2012. He excelled as a Strike Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy for nine years flying F/A-18s, having served in both Afghanistan and Iraq. In addition to combat duty, he served as an F/A-18 instructor pilot and culminated active duty working on the Chief of Naval Operations staff at the Pentagon, Washington, DC. Alex still serves our Nation part time, as an officer and pilot in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.

In 2021, Alex resigned from active duty and joined Frost & Conn Insurance. He brings vast risk management experience to our office and has a passion to serve and protect our customers and community for another generation. Alex resides in State College with his wife Alicia, originally of Goldsboro, North Carolina.
