Mick began working as a licensed agent in the Insurance business in 1996 after joining the Walker, Marshall & Dye Agency located in Fillmore NY. In 2000, he opened Marshall Insurance Services office located in Bradford PA and eventually purchased the Lawrence Dye Agency located in Cuba NY, and the Hasper & Dye Agency located in Belfast NY, and in 2015, he and his team opened the St Mary’s PA office. In 2025, Marshall Insurance, Lawrence Dye, Hasper & Dye and Elk County Insurance joined forces with Frost & Conn Insurance, expanding the Frost & Conn footprint from Central PA to include Northwest PA and the Southern tier of NY.
Mick lives in Bradford PA with his wife Michele and their two mini golden doodles, Petty and Henley. He has three grown children, Ryan, Emily and Erica and two grandchildren, Callan and Adalyn. He volunteers with several non-profit organizations in his community being a two term past president at CARE for Children, past board member with The United Way, and along with his wife Michele, are active volunteers with the YWCA. Mick also is a proud supporter of Kids and Cancer and enjoys working with their committee whenever possible. Mick enjoys playing music, golfing, hiking and spending time with his grandchildren.
